Planning Board Meeting Update – Stream Data Centers application

Following consultation with the Planning Board Chair, it has been determined that the July 6, 2026 Planning Board meeting will not be held.

This is due to the fact that GCEDC has advised the Board that it will be unable to complete the necessary documentation and supporting information in sufficient time for the GCEDC, as SEQRA Lead Agency, to make the required SEQRA determination.

As a reminder, this application is proceeding through a coordinated review under SEQRA. The GCEDC, as SEQRA Lead Agency, must make its SEQRA determination before the Planning Board can take any action on the Site Plan application.

There will be no Planning Board meeting scheduled for July 20 due to previously scheduled vacations.

The next regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting will be Monday, August 3, 2026.

As always, meeting agendas are posted on the Town website the Thursday preceding any meeting.

All applications before the Town are reviewed in accordance with applicable New York State laws, regulations, guidance documents, the Town of Alabama Zoning Law, and established procedures and practices. Residents interested in learning more about the site plan review process are encouraged to review the New York State Department of State resources addressing site plan review and Planning Board responsibilities:
